President & CEO
Mark has enjoyed over 35 years in IT services using his entrepreneurial experience, work ethic, and solution architecture to create long-lasting global service offerings. Mark has a unique perspective on how services should run having been a client at both Kraft Foodservices (IT Architect) and Dial Corporation (Operations Director)
Mark also brings executive leadership to his clients based on his roles at Curvature and Cerberus Sentinel. He excels at helping organizations be more efficient and focused on the business they support. Mark believes his greatest asset is the ability to be technically savvy while effectively communicating to all levels of an organization.
He is the past men’s Board Chair at Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, past Board Chair at notMYkid, and enjoys donating time coaching high school ice hockey.
Chief Operating Officer
Bob started working in the IT field over 40 years ago. His first position was installing large systems for Digital Equipment Corp. He worked his way up as a Field Tech to regional support. Bob moved to SMS as a Senior Support Engineer for over 10 years. He was promoted to a Regional Service manager responsible for day-to-day operations for the Western states.
SMS/Curvature started an IT Services team handling relocations, installs, upgrades and an ITAD group. Bob was named the Senior Director of Service Operations. For more than 15 years Bob led a team handling all the IT services offered. Since then, Bob has joined the CTI team as COO bringing his expertise delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Bob enjoys golf and travel in down time when not delivering services. Bob and his wife have done extensive travels for business and pleasure around the globe enjoying different cultures, meeting many people, and learning about their lifestyles.
Theresa manages the back-office support for CTI. Her background in operations, management, and logistics ensure that CTI services are efficient and cost-efficient.
Theresa has been working with CTI since its inception in 1999 and is considered one of its founders.
In her spare time, she has trained pet therapy dogs, raised two boys, and has completed three full Ironman competitions. Currently, she enjoys running ultra-marathon events.
